Laconia, WA Railroad Yard at Snoqualmie Pass
This map shows the historical location of the Laconia, WA railroad facilities at Snoqualmie Pass. The Chicago, Milwaukee & Puget Sound Railway began hauling freight over Snoqualmie Pass in 1909 and passengers in 1910. Laconia was bypassed when the 2.3-mile Snoqualmie railroad tunnel between Hyak and Rockdale opened in January, 1915.
